The circumference of the largest part of your chest. For women, please measure at the fullest part of your bust, wrap it around, you may want to know about bra size switch to bust size.

The circumference of the smallest part of your waist.

The circumference of the largest part of your hips.

There're some problems lead to size smaller can't fit:
1, Choose wrong size based on purchasing experience from other stores, didn't measure body measurements and see our size chart before choosing size.
2, Simply equal breast measurements to bra number size, mostly they're not equal, you can see our size chart "bra size switch to bust size."
3, Large breast bra size, a big gap between Under bust and Around bust.
4, Measured Around bust but measure method is wrong, get a measurement which is smaller than actual Around bust measurements.

In fact, measure Around bust(the maximum) and hips around(the maximum) correctly, then choose size or do custom size option, the costume will fit well.
