Q2, How many days about the delivery time or receive time?
Answer: Most of costumes made after order created, so the delivery time is not just shipping days. It's Processing days(tailor time) + Shipping days.
Q3, When can I see tracking number?
Answer: You will receive tracking number email in 2-3 days after costumes tailor work completed.
Q4, Do you provide express shipping, how much shipping cost and how many shipping days?
Answer: Yes, you can choose express shipping method 4-5 shipping days (DHL, Fedex...), you will see the express shipping cost when checking out your order.
Q5, Can I exchange the size if the clothing doesn't fit?
Answer: Yes, you can exchange it(within 7 days) for a new size if it doesn't fit, but the return shipping cost paid by yourself. So please choose a right size when creating order. Also you can alter it by yourself. Note, custom size order can't exchange size.
Q6, Can I return the packages after 7 days?
Answer: Uh, sorry for that, if you want to return the costume, please contact us within 7 days after you receive the packages. Because cosplay costumes are special clothing.
Q7, If costume has problem of the quality, can I return it or get some refund after 7 days?
Answer: Yes, you can contact us anytime within 30 days if the item has quality problem. Note, custom size order can't return back.
Q8, I just find one item's price is different with its price last week, why?
Answer: It's because of sales campaign sometimes.
Q9, I created an order yesterday, but I find I did not have an account on your website, how can I tracking my order?
Answer: Yes, it's because your order is guest order and you did not create an account when order created. You can create a new account and contact us to transfer it, or please just wait for the tracking number.

Answer: Yes, most of our costumes are deluxe, they're high quality, different with cheap ones.
